When people think about getting away from it all most people think about going to a deserted island. A tropical island set in clear water with the temperature off a warm bath. You can just imagine it now the coconut trees singing and dancing in the breeze. Where can you find such a paradise? You need to look no further than Thailand. For Thailand has many islands that will meet the requirements of your dreams.
For example Phuket set in the Andaman Sea with such treats as the gorgeous rain forest in Khao Phra Thaw Royal Wildlife Reserve. The wildlife reserve is one of many attractions that you will enjoy. The island is very big and in fact is Thailand's largest island so you'll have many things to do and explore. Some say that Phuket is the most popular vacation destination in South East Asia
If you like hiking and walking the rain forest will be your ideal of Paradise. While walking you will be able to take in the views of the beautiful waterfalls. And if you're very lucky you might even see a flying fox. Alternatively why not take a cruise and visit such fantastic sites like Phang Nga Bay. It's scenic beauty comes from towering limestone stacks rising from clear shallow waters.
Why not take a visit to Koh Samui okay so it's not as quiet as it used to be it has a lot of nightlife but there's still many places where you can relax and be alone. Samui is thought to be the largest coconut plantation in the world but this was before the 1970s and tourism. Samui is Thailands third largest island after Koh Puket and Koh Chang.
If you want to experience a full moon party then visit Koh Phangan at Had Rin beach. This is a beach at the southern end of the island. Deer wander the island and the outdoor activities are numerous. The scuba diving, bird watching and skin diving are only rivalled by the hikes you may take and the scenery of the jungles.
Koh Kood is the fourth largest island even during monsoon season, Koh Kood is worth visiting for it doest rain every day and all day long. Activities on the Island apart from lazing on the beach, snorkelling near the beautiful coral reefs or just watching the world go by visitors can also visit nearby islands for snorkelling and other activities.
