Paint & Travel Venice

Daily, you will have several options - painting, sketching or photographing with Jann; shopping and touring or just relaxing at your own pace. You will be totally immersed into the culture and art of Venice. You may paint in any medium. The choice will be yours. Non-painters welcome!

A typical day starts by going to a site selected for us by the tour host, Jann will do a painting demonstration and give a lesson. The rest of the day is yours to paint with lots of personal instruction, shop, tour, photograph, or hit a museum.

Your Itinerary:

Day 1: On arrival at your hotel, you will be welcomed and shown to your accommodation. Meet tutor and the rest of the group for evening meal at the hotel.

Days 2 - 7: Raffaele selects wonderful sites for us that are out of the usual touristy traffic. These can include areas around S. Trovaso, S. Barnaba, the fish market and many more. Of course, we enjoy lunch in a local taverna each day. One day, we take a boat trip to the island of Burano, an island of simple but colorful houses. One day is a free day where you can wanter the streets of Venice and soak up the atmosphere or visit one or more of the islands on the lagoon. The choice is yours.

Day 8: Depart for Marco Polo Airport.
